The goal of this series of motion graphics social media ads was to bring awareness to the ubiquity of worsening labor conditions for hospital nurses in the United States and to push back against the normalization of these conditions. National Nurses United has a fairly underdeveloped brand, so I created a secondary color palette and unique visual style for the campaign.
